Tyler  is a California Board of Behavioral Sciences Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #17625).  

Tyler is in good standing and has successfully fulfilled all educational requirements, passed the California Law and Ethics Exam, and transitioned into his second registration year, on track for full LPCC licensure January 2027.

Furthermore, Tyler is a California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP) Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).

Tyler is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and active Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LAADC) applicant, having successfully fulfilled all master's-level training and advanced didactic criteria. Currently nearing the final certification phases for CCAPP's most advanced and elite tier of substance use disorder specialization.

Tyler Suran, MA, APCC, maintains active memberships in several premier industry organizations to advance his professional development, stay at the forefront of clinical advocacy, and ensure absolute compliance with state and national licensing boards. For foundational mental health practice and credentialing, he engages with:
